Deeper Living Adventures is a digital resource for burnt-out, neurosparkly women navigating burnout, caregiving, complex households, and the invisible load no one sees. Founded by Danielle Coleman, it builds practical, neurodivergent-informed tools, systems, and printables designed for real life. Not aspirational frameworks. Real solutions, tested in a real household.

About – Deeper Living Adventures

Welcome.

You’re here because you’re tired. Burnt out. Running on fumes while juggling ten thousand things and wondering where your spark, and your sanity, went.

You’re not broken. You’re burnt out. The distinction matters.

You don’t have to have it together here. You don’t have to explain why you’re tired. You don’t have to prove you’re trying hard enough.

Hi, I’m Danielle

I build systems and solutions that work in real life. Not systems that look good on a productivity blog and fall apart by Wednesday. Real ones, tested in a real household, by a real person who also has ADHD, two neurosparkly kids, and approximately fifteen thousand tabs open in her brain at any given moment.

I care a lot more about helping you recover who you actually are than turning you into some aspirational version of a person who has it all together, while still handling everything and everyone else.

If you’ve ever whispered “I can’t keep doing this” into a cold coffee while holding the whole thing together anyway, you’re exactly who this space was built for.

Who This Space Is For

Deeper Living Adventures is for burnt-out, neurosparkly women who are done pretending everything’s fine.

For the woman who keeps trying harder and still feels behind. For the woman who has collected years of evidence that she’s the problem. For the woman who knows something isn’t working but can’t quite put words to why.

If that’s you, you’re in the right place.

The Deeper Living Core Foundation

Accurate understanding sparks connection.
Connection sparks belonging.
Belonging sparks agency.
Agency sparks action.

Reclaim Your Spark.

This space isn’t asking you to become someone else. It’s built to help you find your way back to who you already are, with tools built for how your brain works, and that work in your real life, with all the messes and interruptions along the way.

My Burn Out Story

I Had It Together. (Nope. I Did Not.)

There’s a version of me that looked like she had it together.

Homeschooling two neurosparkly kids, one with medical complexities. Volunteering, advocating at appointments, managing a household, building a business, maintaining a strong marriage over two decades and his military career. Cross country moves, hurricanes destroying our home (three times, two different state, over just a couple of years), major surgeries, rebuilding life in new places again and again.

Adulting so hard.

From the outside, it probably looked impressive. From the inside, I was running on caffeine, a touch of spite, and the stubborn belief that the next shiny tool or course would be the thing that fixed it.

It never did.

Not a Character Flaw

Adult-diagnosed ADHD. Lifelong anxiety. A brain that could execute solidly in a crisis yet forget to drink water. That could hold an entire family ecosystem in my head and still lose my keys every single morning.

I tried all the tools and all the courses. Frameworks, systems, habit stacks. Spreadsheets and morning routines and 30-day resets. And every time they didn’t work, they reinforced my core belief that I was the problem.

Eventually I hit a wall no productivity tool could touch.

What came next wasn’t a breakthrough. It was a lot of pain, frustration, and hard conversations, and the slow, uncomfortable realization that I wasn’t actually solving the problem I thought I was solving.

Ever clenched your hand so hard for so long that unclenching it actually hurts? Yeah. That.

The burnout was real. The exhaustion was real. The overwhelm was real.

What wasn’t true was the story I’d been carrying about what those things meant.

I wasn’t failing. I wasn’t lazy. I wasn’t broken. I’d been carrying more than any one person was meant to carry for a very long time, without the right support for how my brain actually works. My system had stopped being capable of much beyond survival.

That distinction changed everything.

I Built What I Needed

Once I stopped trying to fix myself and started looking at the actual problem, something else became clear: I wasn’t the only one carrying this.

We’re not struggling because we’re lazy or broken. We’re stuck with systems and supports made for people who don’t function like we do, in a world that demands more than our capacity allows.

And our kids are growing up in the same systems, burning out younger than we did.

I looked around and saw the same exhaustion everywhere. Friends, family, women I barely knew online. All of them white-knuckling it through the same impossible load, all of them quietly convinced they were the only one failing at something everyone else seemed to manage fine.

They weren’t failing. The tools weren’t built for them.

So I built different ones. Tested in a real household, shared first with the people around me I knew were drowning too. That’s how Deeper Living Adventures began.

A place for real tools, built for real brains and bodies that are managing complex households and chronic illness, caregiving and building something in the margins, holding the seams together with duct tape and sheer spite, still showing up (even if just barely). Practical things you can use to reclaim a bit of yourself when you don’t have enough space to close the door while you’re peeing, let alone make time for “self-care.”

And a place to set a foundation so our daughters don’t have to struggle the same way we have.

My Promise to You

I’ll never pretend I have it all figured out, because I don’t.
I’ll never promise perfection, or that some tool will fix everything.

Because it won’t.

What I can offer is what actually helped me, what didn’t, and real tools built for the brain that’s already doing too much.

No perfection promised. No toxic positivity.

Just honesty, a little empathy, and something that might finally help you find some solid ground.

You are not broken. You are a system running without the right support.

Deeper Living Adventures is the support.
