TL/DR — Burn out doesn’t discriminate. Neither do we.
Be a Decent Human.
That’s the least common denominator here. Everything else follows from it.
This space was built for all people who are exhausted, overlooked, and still holding everything together. The tools here work for anyone. People with disabilities, chronic illness, and neurodivergent brains. Queer people, trans people. People of every background, body, and belief system.
People the wellness industry forgot to build anything useful for.
This space was built primarily for women, but if you’re a man, a nonbinary person, or anyone else carrying a load that feels too heavy for too long, the door is open.
Accessibility First
Burnout doesn’t come with extra time or energy. That’s why our resources are designed to be quick to use, easy to understand, and low-demand. Wherever possible, we provide transcripts for videos, plain-text alternatives for printables, and neurodivergent-informed formatting (short chunks, clear structure, no overwhelm). You can view our full Accessibility Statement for more detail.
Giving Back
A percentage of DLA’s profits goes to causes that matter: mental health access, food security, and disability resources and advocacy. This is a quarterly commitment, not a one-time gesture. As the business grows, we plan to publish transparent reporting on what’s been donated and where it went.
Burn out doesn’t discriminate. Neither do we.
If that doesn’t resonate, we wish you well and hope you find what you need somewhere that fits better.
